Hi, I’m Antonio — a business consultant and Spanish teacher currently living in Madrid. I've always felt a deep connection with languages — not just for the joy of learning them, but also for the satisfaction of being able to teach them. I firmly believe that speaking to someone in their native language is one of the most genuine ways to build trust, respect, and human connection.

I’ve spent many years working in the business world, especially in the areas of finance, business valuation, and M&A consulting. I also advise international companies looking to establish or expand in Spain, Portugal, or Latin America. This background has allowed me to develop a very practical and realistic approach to teaching Spanish — especially for professionals across different industries, including lawyers, entrepreneurs, finance experts, as well as people working in healthcare, technology, and commerce.

In the past year alone, I’ve delivered over 1,500 hours of lessons to students of all levels, helping them progress with confidence, fluency, and clarity.

In my classes, I like to work with an immersion-based method: we speak in Spanish at least 80–90% of the time from day one. Still, when it helps, I use the student’s native language to explain more complex concepts — especially by drawing parallels and finding equivalents. This allows us to build bridges between what the student already knows and the new structures in Spanish, helping make the language feel more intuitive from the inside.

I work with complete beginners as well as advanced learners who want to take their Spanish to a professional level — clear, effective, and adaptable to real-life use.

I believe more in consistency than in short-term motivation. Learning a language isn’t always easy, but when done right, it can change your life. I’m here to walk that path with you — step by step.

In addition to Spanish (my native language), I speak English, French, and Portuguese fluently, and I’m currently learning Arabic — still at a very early stage — which helps me stay connected with what it feels like to be on the learner’s side, starting from scratch.
